Where are we located?

We are located in Reno, Nevada. Our customer base extends throughout the U.S.

Does POP offer travel assistance?

Yes, POP has partnered with a reputable Travel Nanny that offers an affordable flat rate for in-cabin puppy travel to many many major airports across the U.S. View details on our Travel page.

Does POP genetically health test?

Each one of our breeding dogs are Embark DNA health tested to ensure they are free of breed relevant diseases. Healthy parents produce healthy pups.

Does POP abide by the Nevada Puppy Lemon Law?

How do I schedule a video call or in-person puppy date?

Send us a message through the "contact us" icon or call/ text at 775-300-4410, and we will coordinate a time that is convenient for you to meet us and your puppy.

How do I reserve a puppy?

Please review our contract on the "contract" tab on our site. Once you advise us you agree to the terms, we require a deposit. The moment your deposit is received, your "Welcome to POP" announcement will go out on our media platforms and we will no longer market your puppy to our followers. A sales receipt is sent to each new family member. The balance of the purchase price is due at puppy pick-up, which, depending on the puppy's weight, is scheduled for when they are 9 to 10 weeks old.

Does POP keep a waitlist?

Yes. If you know which Sire and Dam you want a puppy from you are welcome to send your deposit to receive pick of the litter in order of deposit received. If the litter doesn’t give you the gender or color (size is never guarantee) you prefer, your deposit may be rolled to the next litter, with conditions.

What can I expect from POP after I put my deposit on a puppy?

Weekly pictures, videos and updates on your pups overall growth, development and milestones.

Does POP dock tails?

Does POP tip and train ears?

Not everyone prefers the look of tipped ears. POP will begin tipping and training ears once a puppy is reserved, upon request.
